Schuessler Salt No. 11 Silicea

It is used for premature wrinkling of the skin, as well as for connective tissue striae, stretch marks, brittle nails and split hairs.
 
Silicon is contained in all cells of the human body.
A deficiency leads to a loss of connective tissue, which results in increased wrinkling.
Good regeneration after a bone fracture is supported with a good supply of this mineral.

No. 11 is to be used wherever the tearing or breaking of connective tissue is to be prevented                                    (pregnancy, tendency to inguinal or umbilical hernias).
Silicea is also responsible for the conjunctiva of the eye, which in case of deficiency leads to extreme sensitivity to light                                      may result. Since acid is released when taking No. 11, the combination with No. 9 Natrium phosphoricum is recommended.

Application

The application results from the described functions of the minerals. Let the tablets melt in the mouth or dissolve them in water in portions throughout the day and take them in sips. The dosage depends on the strength of the need.
