Pork fillet seasoned, cooked sous vide (under vacuum at low temperature) with enclosed mushroom cream sauce.
Preparation:
Heat a saucepan with water at medium cooker setting (max. 80 °C). Place the vacuum packs in the water and heat for about 20 minutes. Remove the meat pack from the water and sear the medallions briefly in a pan. Then cut open the sauce pack and deglaze the medallions with it. Then arrange on a plate and enjoy.

Store refrigerated at 2°C to +4°C
