Pork belly with rind, salted and cooked sous vide (under vacuum at low temperature).
Preparation:
Place the bag in warm water for 5 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C (hot air). Remove the crispy roast, unwrap and pat dry with kitchen paper. Then place on a baking tray and roast at 200°C for 15 minutes. Then roast for 5-10 minutes (depending on the oven) on the top heat or grill function until the rind is brown and crispy. Slice and enjoy.
