About the manufacturer 11s:

11er is a traditional Austrian family business based in Vorarlberg. What started 80 years ago as a small travelling vegetable and fruit trade is now Austria's most successful frozen potato speciality producer and is already being run by the third generation.

Highest enjoyment, as if homemade is the claim for all 11er potato specialities. Only high-quality, yellow-fleshed potatoes from Austria and Bavaria are used. Composition: Potatoes 81%, sunflower oil 12%, potato starch, salt, dextrose, spices.

Preparation instructions:

Preheat the hot-air oven: to 180 °C. Spread the frozen Rösti ABC in 1 layer on the baking tray and bake for approx. 15 - 17 minutes until golden brown.

Preheat oven top and bottom heat: to 200 °C and bake for approx. 15-17 minutes until golden. Turn halfway through the baking time! Our tip: We recommend using baking paper!

Hot air fryer: preheat to 200 °C. Bake the deep-frozen Rösti ABC for approx. 6-10 minutes until golden brown, depending on the filling quantity and the power of the appliance. Shake the frying basket gently from time to time!

Pan: Put some fat in a (coated) pan and fry the deep-frozen Rösti ABC on both sides over a low to medium heat for approx. 3-4 minutes each until golden brown. Our tip: Dab off excess fat with some kitchen paper.

Recommendation: Cook the frozen product until golden brown according to the preparation instructions. Do not brown the product too much. For smaller quantities, reduce the preparation time accordingly.

Storage conditions: store at least -18°C.

Do not refreeze after defrosting.
