Yellow lentils
These small lentils are peeled, have a yellow colour and short cooking time. This makes them an aromatic and spicy base for salads, casseroles and soups. The legume is particularly popular in oriental cuisine, for example as an ingredient in a lentil dal or for an aromatic puree. Alnatura's yellow lentils come from organic farming.
