Silken tofu
Tender creamy and fine in consistency: silken tofu is a typical Japanese speciality. With its mild flavour, it is a perfect ingredient for dips, sauces, soups and quiches as well as for "cheesecakes", vegan desserts and lassis. Alnatura Silken Tofu is vegan and made from European soybeans that come from organic farming.
