Byodo Organic Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar

The Byodo Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar (5% acidity) is made on the basis of fruity apple balsamic vinegar. This is refined with pomegranate juice and gives the organic balsamic vinegar its tart and at the same time fruity taste. Traditionally, pomegranate balsamic vinegar is often used in North African cuisine, such as with couscous, but with its mild acidity it also goes excellently with game dishes, for example. Like all Byodo vinegars, the pomegranate balsamic vinegar is also completely natural and is not sulphured. It is obtained through continuous vinegar fermentation at pleasantly warm temperatures.
