This seasoning oil is based on an extra virgin olive oil from the Taggiasca olive (95%). The olives are pressed together with the chilies. The bright red oil smells and tastes intensely of chili, but the spiciness is fruity and moderate. It seasons soups, pasta, vegetables, grilled meat and pizza.

About Olio Roi 

The history of the Roi family begins in 1900, when Giuseppe, the great-grandfather "Pepin u Roi", built the first oil mill from the wood and stones of the valley. It is the beginning of a long journey that continues to this day, to Paolo, who, with his father, puts all his time and passion into the family's oil mill.

More than 100 years have passed since Giuseppe, during which Olio Roi has changed and grown, while always maintaining a close connection to its past. This way of being has led them to work with 42 countries around the world today.
