About the manufacturer:
Our dairy cows live in a new barn with lots of fresh air. It is very important to us to take good care of our animals and to offer them a very good level of comfort, because this makes the cows feel good and give good milk.
The raw milk produced is transported only a few hundred metres to the farm's own dairy. The sensitive raw fat is only exposed to minimal transport times and movements, and there is no heating of the milk. This is a significant difference in quality and has a positive effect on the taste and consistency of our products.
Our products are preserved only by heat treatment (pasteurisation) and acidification (lactic acid bacteria).
No preservatives, TM enrichment for yoghurt or other substances that affect taste are used.
.Our products include fresh milk 3.2% fat, whipped cream 36% fat, sour cream 15% fat, table curd (20% and 40% F.i.T.), yoghurt 1% and 3.2% natural-solid, fruit yoghurt (strawberry and blueberry) and cocoa milk.
In June 2019, our fresh milk 3.2% was tasted and evaluated as part of the award "Das Kasermandl in Gold" in the run-up to the "Wieselburger Messe - Hof & Forst". Our fresh milk achieved a special distinction in the category "Milk/Milk Products" and was awarded 1st prize and a gold medal.
Durability
Joghurt 3,2% Fett, natur - stichfest, aus pasteurisierter und homogenisierter Milch mit 3,2% Fett. Kulturzusatz, ohne Konservierungsstoffe.
Zutaten: FRISCHMILCH 3,2% Fett, pasteurisiert, Joghurtkultur.
Gekühlt (bei 4° - 6° Grad) lagern.
